Clerk of this Court advised of their mailinq and residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
cqmply with the provisions thereof.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
6. ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS. Based on the Stipulation, the Court
determines the sum of Three Hu~red Dollars ($300.00) to be reasonable for

the Wife's attorney for his services herein, and the Husband, ARTHUR JAMES -
SAMMS, is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with costs herein
assessed at $30.50.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
