FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLU'TION OF MARRIAGE THIS ACTION caane on for hearing on the 14th day of February, 197S, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and •i the subject matter of this action; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Petitioner, ; PAULINE THOMAS, and the Respondent, JACK FRANKLIN TNOMAS, be and the ~ . ~ same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever i ~ - ~ free from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. AGREEMENT. The separation and property settlement executed ~ by the parties on the 6th of February, 1975, was freely entered into ~ b the arties after a full disclosure and of the circumstances that Y P ~ appear from the evidence to be for the best interests of the parties; ~ ~ and in its entirety, the agreement is incorporated by reference into ~ ~ this Judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with a11 the ~ terms of the Agreement. ~ 3. NAME CHANGE. The Wife's former name is restoredand she shall 9 be known as PAULINE MITCHELL hereafter. ~ - 4. JURISDICTION.
