DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

TNIS CAUSE came on for tr~al the 14th day of February, 1975, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists '
~
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION QF MARRIAGE: The marriage between William Thomas
Cross Schmidt and Linda Schmidt be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~
~ ~

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~
~
~ therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of William Thanas Cross Schmit, Jr., a minor
~ child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Linda Schmidt with reasonable ~
~ i
~ visitation rights reserved to William Thomas Cross ScFmidt. ~
~ 3. SUPPORT: CoRrnencing the 17th day of February, 1975, William
~
i
~ Thomas Cross Schmidt shall pay to Linda Schmidt the sum of $25.00 each
and every week, for the support of the child named above.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
r
'~5 remitted promptly to Linda Schmidt. In addition there is hereby assessed

the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to
