It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. DISSOLUTION QF MARRIAGE: The marriage between William Thomas Cross Schmidt and Linda Schmidt be and the same is hereby dissolved, and ~ ~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~ ~ ~ I ~ - ~ ~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ~ ~ ~ therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of William Thanas Cross Schmit, Jr., a minor ~ child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Linda Schmidt with reasonable ~ ~ i ~ visitation rights reserved to William Thomas Cross ScFmidt. ~ ~ 3. SUPPORT: CoRrnencing the 17th day of February, 1975, William ~ i ~ Thomas Cross Schmidt shall pay to Linda Schmidt the sum of $25.00 each and every week, for the support of the child named above. ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him r '~5 remitted promptly to Linda Schmidt.
