final 3udgment, and the Court having examined the file and being
otherwise fully and further advised in the premises, it is .
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, GORDON A THOMAS d/b/a
THOMAS LAWNMOWER CENTER FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF JOHN DEERE
INSURANCE COMPANY, does have and hereby recover from the Defendant,
PRECISION NATIONAL HOMES, INC., the sum of ~taelve Hundred Seventy
; Dollars and Forty-six Cents ($1270.46) plus interest thereon from
