right to be heazd on matter of issuance of a Writ of Replevin, after due notice of said hearing prior to final
adjudication in this cause and further that the DeEendant(s) ha not filed ~vritten undertaking within the
provisions of Chapter 78.075 (2) of the Florida Statutes, for the stay of this Order; ic is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court issue a Writ of Replevin in this cause setting
forth thereon the property sought by Plaintiff in its Complaint. -
