1, STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
The parties stipulate to time and place of the accident, ownership of ¢

the horse involved in the accident by the Defendants, ownership of the truck

involved in the accident by the Plaintiff, and insurance coverage in a limited
~ amount by the Defendant, TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY.

2. EVIDENCE:

! As relates to documentary and other evidence listed and presented by

E the parties on their respective Pre-Trial Statements, it is agreed and stipu- ;

i lated that neither party has any objection to the introduction into evidence of

~ the photographs listed on each Pre-Trial statement. However, the parties

~ respectively reserve any or all objections to any other documentary and/or

3 tangible evidence listed on either of the parties' Pre-Trial Statements. ~

~ 3. EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by either party.
4. WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed on the Plaintiff~s Pre-

Trial Statement and the Defendant~s Pre-Trial Statement as supplemented by
Y amendment, shall be permitted to testify except as to the parties themselves
