ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE COMING on for hearinq before the Court,
and the Respondent, RICHARD F. SMITH, III, having personally
appeared before theCourt and being represented by counsel, and
the Court, having heard the testimony of the Respondent as well ~

as the Petitioner, DORIS A. SMITH, and the Court being otherwise
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, RICHARD F. }

SMITH, III, is in contempt of this Court's Order entered ~

September 27, 1974, by failure to make the $100.00 payments due
for December and January.- It is further ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, RICHARD F. ~
j SMITH, III, may purge himself of this contempt by the payment
i
~ to the Petitioner of the sum of $100.00 on or before February 20,
~ _

; 1975, and payment in the amount of 5100.00 on March 20, 1975, ;

° these payments in addition to the regular paya?ents due under

the Court's Order of September 27, 1974. It is further ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in the event the Respondent €

~ fails to make any of the certain payments when due, the Petitioner ~

or her attorney may file an Affidavit to that effect and that in
' this event, an Order will issue directing that the Respondent,
