encumbering cartain lands in St. lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification af
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
- by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also enc~anbering other lands in Polk County, Flor'tda, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ~
tion,~nd Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded ~
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and ~

WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to releas~ the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ~

mortgage; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of ~
the premises and the sum of ~ ~

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:
