dividually, and NAOMI F. HAMPTON, pursuant to Order of this hereto-
fore entered:
WITNESSETH: That the Judgment recorded in the above-styled
cause on the )`1 day of February, 1975, by the Plaintiff incompetent,
by and through his guardian and next friend, CARL E. HAMPTON in the.sum
; of THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($34,000.00) without costs, and against
