The Court finds as follows: ?
1. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of
and parties to this suit. ~
2. That the Defendants, DAN JONES, JR. and DOROTHY JONES,
i his wife, are in default on all five (5) mortgages involved.

~ 3. That ERROL S. WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES,•his wife,
,

~ are now the owners of. the First Federal Savings and Loan Association
~
€ of Fort Pierce mortgage dated December 15, 1971.
~ -
~ 4. ~he mortgage owned by VICTORIA YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG,
~ her husband, is a purchase money mortgage and superior to all others
~ on Lot 3, Block 2, Goldsmith Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file
~
- in Plat Book 6 at Page 49 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida.

~ 5. The Defendants, DAN JONES, JR. and DOROTHY JONES, his

wife, owe to the Cross Claimants, VICTORIA YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG, r
