WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, from the Defendants, DAN E
JONES, JR. and DOROTBY JONES, his wife, the sum of Nine Thousand Five
Hundred ~venty ($9,520.77) Dollars and 77/100.
3. For the payment of the several sums mentioned in Para-
graph 2 hereof and for the payment of the costs of this s~it, the
Cross Clai[nants, VICTORIA YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG, her husband, have a
first lien upon Lot 3, Block 2, Goldsmi.th Subdivision, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 6, Page 49 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and the Plaintiffs, ERROL S. WILLES and
MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, have first liens on Lots 19 and 20,
Block 1, Clyde Killer's Addition as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 4 at Page 73 of the Public~tecords of St. Lucie County, Florida
and a second lien upon Lot 3, Block 2, Goldsmith Subdivision, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book-6, Page 49 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; each of these liens has arisen by
virtue of the mortgages herein foreclosed, which liens are superior

~ in dignity to any right, title, interest or claim of the Defendants,•

~ except VICTORIA YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG, her husband, or any of them,

; and if said sums and costs are not paid forthwith, the property
