Courthouse at Fort Pierce, Florida, after having given public notice
of such sale as required by Statute.

4. After confirmation of the sale of the property, whether
~
such confirmation be done by the Clerk filing the Certificate of ~
Title as required by Statute or by Order of Court the Clerk shall pay:
A. All costs and expenses of this suit, including the
fee of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars to the Clerk for his services as
provided by Statute and the fee allowed the Plaintiffs', ERROL S.
WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, and Cross Claimants', VICTORIA
YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG, her husband, attorneys.
B. All state, county and city taxes due and unpaid
against said property.
C. The amount due the Plaintiffs, ERROL S. WILLES and
MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, and Cross Claimants, VICTORIA YOUNG
and OSCAR YOUNG, her husband, for principal and interest on the _
mortgage debts, together with interest thereon at the rate specified
in the promissory notes evidencing said mortgage debts from January ~

31, 1975 through the date of sale of the properties, as well as any
; other amounts found due and owing the Plaintiffs,.ERROL S. WILLES

~ and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, and Cross Claimants, VICTORIA
~
~ YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG, her husband, in Paragraph 2 hereof. If there ~
~ ~ €
~ be a surplus remaining after the payment of these sums, the Clerk
~
~ shall pay the surplus into the registry of this Court, to be dis-
~
~ bursed as this Court may direct. If the amount realized at the sale f
~ ~
~ shall not be sufficient to pay the above sums, the Clerk shall report

the amount of the deficiency to this Court.
~ 5. The Plaintiffs, ERROL S. WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES,
~
~ his wife, and Cross Claimants, VICTORIA YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG, her ~
~
~ husband, may bid for and be the purchaser of any of the properties i

c at the sale and may bid the mortgage lien as cash up to the amount '
~ ~
