WILLES, his wife, or the Cross Claimants, VICTORIA YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG, her husband, be the successful bidder, then after confi.rmation of the sale, whether such confirmation be by the Clerk filing a Certificate of Title as provided by Statute or by Order of this Court, the Plaintiffs, ERROL S. WILLES and MARJORIE T. ; WILLES, his wife, or the Cross Claimants, VICTORIA YOUNG and OSCAR ~ YOUNG, her husband, shall pay all of the items and amounts as pro- ; ~ vided in Paragraphs 4A and 4B above. The Plaintiffs, ERROL S. WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, or Cross Claimants, VICTORIA YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG, her husband, shall, after making all of said payments, credit the balance of the amount bid against the amount due under this Judgment. The Plaintiffs, ERROL S. WILLES and MARJORIE T. WILLES, his wife, or Cross Claimants, VICTORIA YOUNG and OSCAR YOUNG, her husband, shall thereupon make a Certificate which shall recite and certify that all of the items and amounts required to be paid , under the provisions of Paragraphs 4A and 4B hereof have been paid _ I' in full and that the balance of the amount bid has been credited to I i ~ the amount due the Plaintiffs, ERROL S. The Clerk of the Court shall accept said Certificate as cash and attach it to his Certificate of Disbursements. ~ ~ „ 6.
