THIS CAUSE COMING ON FOR AEARING based on an oral motion
made on behalf of the Defendant, AUDREY H. HUNTER, by her son-in-
law, JOHN WILLIAMS, for a continuance due to the illness of the
Defendant and her inability to be present for that reason; and
the Court being otherwise fully advised, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the oral request for continuance
is hereby granted, and it is,
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the costs attributable to
the granting of this request, which the Court finds in the amount
