agreed that the lis pendens filed herein shall be extended, and the Court being

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs' Motion to Extend Lis Pendens
is hereby granted for a period of one year from the date of this Order, or until
a final judicial determination of this cause.
