FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 14th day of February,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidenoe, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the partfes and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties;
and th at the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follvws:
1. Th~t the oral motion to set aside the Order of
Dismissal for Want of Prosecution filed herein be and the same
is hereby granted since it affirmatively appears in the record
that the Petitfoner had filed herein a Separation Agree~rent on
July 18, 1974, and a Motion to set the cause for trial on
September 3, 1974, thus negating the authority of the Clerk to
Dismiss this cause of action for want of prosecution. ;
2. That the Marriage between JUDY A. BISAOP, Wife and
JOHN A. BISHOP, Husband, be and the same is hereby diss olved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony he~r-etofore existing between them and from
the ob ligations arisina therefrom.
3. That cus tody of SHAWN BISHOP and MICAAEL BISHOP, minor ;
! children of the parties, hereby awarded to JUDY A. BISHOP. '

` -4. That the property settlement agreement admitted into ~

evidence is hereby incorporated hecein by reference arid the ;
~ parties are ardered to comply with the provisions thereof.

~ 5. That each of the parties is hereby en joined and
~ restrained from interfering wf th, harassina or annoying, the
~ other.
~ 6. That jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties `
~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may t
~ ~be proper. ~
