HomeMy WebLinkAbout1495 l i proven by competent evidence, and that there is now due and owing to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortgage indebtedness described in the Complaint the sum of S 18,690.03 , together with interest thereon from the lst day of June , 1974 , at the rate of seven (7) percent per annum,said interest being ` ; computed as of the lOth day of February , 1975 , in the amount of $ 904.87 , less escrow credit in the amount of $ 25.69 , leaving a balance of $ 879•18 interest due; $ 275.00 , attorneys' fees; S 78•20 , prorated earned mor'tgage insurance premium; $ -0- ,mortgage insurance pre- ~ mium; $-0- advance for 19 County taxes; and $ 55.00 ~ Court costs; making the total of $ 19.9?7.~1 due to the plaintiff.. (3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff. (4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified in the precedinq paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title, interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon ~ the following described property, to-wit: Lot 303, SHERI~ITON PLAZA, UNIT FOUR, REPLAT, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
