proven by competent evidence, and that there is now due and owing
to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortgage indebtedness
described in the Complaint the sum of S 18,690.03 , together with
interest thereon from the lst day of June , 1974 ,
at the rate of seven (7) percent per annum,said interest being `

computed as of the lOth day of February , 1975 , in the
amount of $ 904.87 , less escrow credit in the amount of
$ 25.69 , leaving a balance of $ 879•18 interest due;
$ 275.00 , attorneys' fees; S 78•20 , prorated earned
mor'tgage insurance premium; $ -0- ,mortgage insurance pre- ~
mium; $-0- advance for 19 County taxes; and $ 55.00 ~
Court costs; making the total of $ 19.9?7.~1 due to the plaintiff..
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified
in the precedinq paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon
~ the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 303, SHERI~ITON PLAZA, UNIT FOUR, REPLAT, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page
18 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.

; (S) If the aforesaid total sum due to the plaintiff, and all

~ Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell ~

that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the ~

lOth day of March , 19 75 , a day not less than ten (10)
~ days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best bidder

~ or bidders for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie County Court-

~ house, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after having first given notice

as required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, 1971.

~ (6) The plaintiff shall advance the cost of publication of

~ the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and shall

~ be reimbursed therefor by the Clerk out of the proceeds of the sale

~ if the plaintiff shall not become a purchaser of the property at such '

sale.
