deacribed in the Complaint the sum of $ 18.721.19 , together with
interest thereon from the lat day of MaY , 19 74,
at the rate of seven (7) percent per annum,said interest being
computed as of the lst day of February , 1975 , in the
amount of $ 982.89 , less escrow credit in the amount of
~ $ -0- , leaving a balance of $ 982•89 interest due;
$ 275.00 , attorneys' fees; $ 80.10 , prorated earned
mortgage insurance premium; $ ,mortgage insurance pre-
mium; $ 200.25 advance for 1974 County taxes; and $ 55.00 ~ ;

(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified ;
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon ~
