East 25 feet for right-of-way for Har~an Rpad, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and
parallel with the West right-of-way line of Hartman Road as it now
exists.
~ By acceptance of this easement granted herein, Florida Power ~ Light
Campaay does hereby release, quit claim and remise all rights, title
and interest in that certain easement dated February,,18, 1927, and
recorded in Deed Book 74, page 395, Public Records-of,St. Lucie County,
