FINAL JUDGMSNT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 14th day of February, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~ ; . ~ i evidence and the oral stipulation of the parties as presented ; and acknowledged in Open Court, finds and determines: This Court ~ has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon . ; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD E. ROUSE and MARGARET BROWN ROUSE be and the same is hereby ~ ' dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever = ~ freed from the obligations arising therefrom. i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DONALD EMORY ROUSE, II, minor . ( i • ; child of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARGARET BROWN ROUSE, i ~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to DONALD E.
