• 3. SUPPORTi Commencinq the 20th day of February,
19y5, DONALD E. ROUSE shall pay to MARGARET BROWN ROUSE, the
sum of $50.00 each and every week for the support of the child
named above. - ~
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to MARGARET BROWN ROUSE. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments `
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
oF the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
Order is in effect.
4. ARREARAGES. The parties acknowledge that the Husband
is in arrears of the child support payments required under the

Temporary Order of this Court dated December 2, 1974, in the
amount of $140.00. The Husband agrees to pay the t~ife $70.00
on February ].4,.1975, and will pay off the remaining $70.00 balance
at the rate of $5.00 per week for fourteen weeks until paid in
full. Said payments shall be made through the Clerk of this
Court pursuant to Paraqraph 3 above, and in addition to the $50.00
child support payment required therein.
5. PROPERTY. The parties agree that the Husband shall t

convey his interest in the 1972 Volkswagen automobile to the

Wife. Additionally, the parties agree that the Wife shall be ~

the sole owner of the Dishes she acquired prior to the ~arriage ~

' of the-parties, the Dinette Set in the marital home, the Bed }

i in the master bedroom, and the Blue Set of Glasses. ~

~ 6. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby =

~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or i

~ annoying the other. ~

~ 7. FEES AND COSTS. The parties agree that the Husband ~

shall pay the Wife's attorney, VINCENT A. LLOYD, $150.00 for j

representing the Wife in this matter; said sum shall be payable {
