from ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party of the first part, to R BERT A. SCHREIBER and
PHYLLIS SCHREIBER, his wife, parties of the second part, whose mailing
address is 102 North 38th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of $1.00 to it in hand paid by the parties ;
of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has.granted, ~
bargained and sold to the parties of the second part, their successors ;
and assigns, forever, the following described land, lying and being in :
St. Lucie County, Florida:
