upon a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed by the Wife,
and the Court, after hearing testimony and having given full

consideration to all the evide;~ce, finds and determines: This
Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and subj~ct matter of this
suit; that the relation of husb~nd and wife now exists between ~
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should'
ibe dissolved.
