~'his cause came on for trial the 18th day of February,
1975, and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suitj that the relation ~

of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the s

marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should ;
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between Roberta ~
Vauqhn and Paul E. Vaughn be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties anleach of them are hereby forever freed froan
the obliqations arising therefrom. .
2. SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The
