PEARL MARIE NOAI~.S, Wife . • FINAL JUDGT~NT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for hearinq on February 18, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between LEWIS J. NOAI~S and PEARL MARIE _ NOAKES be, and the same is, hereby forever freed from the bonds of matriiaony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. - ` f f 2. The Wife is hereby granted the complete care, custody E E E and control of the minor children born as issue of said marriaqe, to wit: ~ ~ ~ Lori Jean Noakes, Kathi Marie Noakes, Scott Lewis Noakes, Deborah Lynn Noakes, t s and April Michaelene Noakes, subject to reasonable visitation rights reserved ~ ~ _ to the father. ~ ~ $ ~ 3. Commencing on the lst day of March, 1975, the Husband ~ shall pay to the Wife the sum of ~renty-five and No/100 Dollars ($25.00) ~ - per child each and every week for the support and maintenance of~the minor $ children that have been born as issue of said marriage.
