made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted prcxaptly to Pearl Marie
Noakes, the Wife herein. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of
$1.00 as statutory costs to be added-to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1
payments shall be made in cash, anoney order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof.
S. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and rest~ained
from interferinq with, harassinq or annoying the other.
6. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may~be proper. '
