FINAL JUDGMSNT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the verified
petition for adoption filed in this cause and the report of the
Division of Family Services, and it appearing to the Court that
the petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor
children sought to be adopted and that the best interests of the
children will be promoted by the adoption and that the children
are suitable for adoption by petitioners Curtis Samuel Jones and
Sallie B. Simmons Jones, his wife, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor children known as John
Curtis Jones and Tina Marie Jones are declared to be the legal
children of the petitioner, Curtis Samuel Jones and Sallie B.
i ~ Simmons Jones, his wife, entitled to all rights and privileges,~

and subject to all obligations, of a child born to the petitioners,

~ Curtis Samuel Jones and Sallie B. Simmons Jones, his wife, in lawful
