THIS CAUSE came on ~o be heard on February 17, 1975 on
Defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's second amended complaint
and to strike therefrom Paragraphs 6 and 11 on the grounds therein
stated,.and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the
respective parties, it is
ORDERED that said motion to dismiss be and the same is
hereby granted, with leave, hawever, for plaintiff to further
amend his complaint within ten (10) days from February 17, 1975.
