ORDER
This matter coming on for hearing the 18th day of February,
~ 1975, on Petitioner's application for temporary relief, based upon
her sworn Petition, and it appearing to the Court that the Peti-
tioner is entitled to a part of the temporary relief demanded,
without notice, it is
ORDERED ANU ADJUDGED that
1. Temporary custody of the following-named children of
the parties, i.e.; CRAIG COCKRELL, LINDA COCKRELL and STEPHEN COCK- ~
; RELL, is hereby awarded to the wife, EDITH ANN COCKRELL, with reas-

~ onable visitation rights reserved to the husband, STADII,.EY L. COCK-

~ 2. Commencing the ~L~ day of , 1975,
. the husband, STANLEY L. COCKRELL, shall pay to the wife, EDITH ANN
~ COCKRELL, the swn of 1`wo Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars each and

~ every week for the temporary support of the minor children and for
~ the temporary alimony of the wife herein. ~

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
