For value received, I, ~ve or either of us, promise to pay, without
clefalcation, to the order of Rainbow Groves, inc. at Post Office Box
3715 in I~'ort Pierce, T'lorida, the sum of Ten Thousand Nine Hundred
Thirty-four a~d 00/100 (~10, 934.00) Dollars with~interest from c~ate at
the rate of 9% per annum, in annual instalments as follows, $1, 093.40
plus interest on the 19th day of February, 1976 and a like sum on the
corresponding day of each like succeeding period thereafter until the
whole be fully paid.
If default is made in the payment of any instalment when due, then at the
option of the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining
instalments shall Ue due and payable at once. Privilege is given to pay

two or more instalments at any instalment maturity date, but this shall
not estend the time of maturity of any subsequ~nt instalment. Neither
~ forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder hereof after any default in an,y
. payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. -
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives
demand, presentment, ~rotest and notice of protest for non-payment, and
'further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before or after
~ maturity, without notice to' any of us; and to pay all costs of collection,

including a reasonable attorney's fee in the event of any default hereunder,
and hereby severally ~vaives all benefit of homestead and exemption under
