SATISFACTION OF CLAIM
KNOW ALL MEN BY THSSE PRESENTS: TAAT HOLDER & RYAN
SOD CO., INC., a Florida corporation, the awner and holder
of a certain Claim of Lien executed by HOLDER & RYAN SOD CO.,
INC., a Florida corporation, against GENERAL DEVELOPMSNT
CORPORATION, bearinq date the 20th day of December, A. D.
1974, recorded in Official Record Book 235 "page 1971, in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. I,ucie .
County, Florida, for unpaid services for labor, services
or materials in the principal amount of $780.83, furnished
upon the property situate in said County and State described
as follows, to wit:
~ Lot 9, Block 3128, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION
~ FORTY-FIVE, accordinq to the plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 16, page 25, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
hereby acknawledges full payment and satisfaction of said
Claim and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs
the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of re-
cord.
IN WITNS$S WSEREOF, the said corporation has caused
these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers, thereunto
duly authorized, this 14th day of February , 1975.
