TEMPOR.ARY RELIEF ORDER
This cause coming to be heard upon those portions of
the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage requesting
temporary relief, and it appearing to the Court that the Husband
w as served with notice of the hearing by St. Lucie County Deputy
Sheriff Clyde Walls, and the court having heard testimony of
the Wife and being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The Wife shall have custody of the three mi.nor children
of the parties during the pendency of this action, subject to the
reasonable visitation rights of the Husband.
2. Commencing Friday, February 21, 1975, the Husband shall ~

pay to the Wife the sum of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars each and every ~

i week for the support of the three minor children.
