FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE r

THIS CUASE came on for final hearing on t~he 18th day of
February, 1975, and the wife having appeared with counsel and a
default having been entered against the husband for failing to -
file or serve an answer or other pleading. And the Court having
j given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and
~ ~ sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relations of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; the equities are with the '
wife and against the husband, and the wife is entitled to dis-
solution of marriage. It is thereupon
ORDERED and AD?TUDGID as follows: '
! 1. DISSOLUTION OF~MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife,

~ ~ EVELYN JOYCE BACON CRISP, and the husband, EMZIE CRISP, be and the
li
~ ~ same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them ~
! ~
; ~ are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
~
; ~ exi.sting between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ i 2. ALIMONY. That the Court determines that the wife is
~ ~
~ i entitled to lu~p sum alimony from the husband, the sum of SEVEN ;
e
~
~ _ HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($750). Said sum shall be paid by the
~ ~
husband to the wife within a reasonable time.

' 3. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum
i
_ of THREE HUNDRID FIFTY DOLLARS ($350) to be reasonable for the
~
~ ~ wife's attorney fees for his services herein, and the husband is
~ ~ ,
~ ~
~ ORDERED to pay said attorney fees together with costs herein '
F
~ assesses at THIRTY DOLLARS AND FIETY CENTS (~30.50). •
