~ 5. The Court hereby relieves Joseph A. Wagner from any

~ further payments under the former alimony award.
6. The Court awards attorney's fees to John P. Gaudiosi ~
of $5,000.00 plus costs and disbursements. This will include
~'fees for representation in the present foreclosure proceedinys
on Tanglecreek Ranch. . .
7. Personal Property jointly owned by Loretta E. Wagner
and Joseph A. Wagner and presently in possession of Sherri

~Wagner or any bailee shall be returned to Loretta E. Wagner.
~8. Possession and ownership of the cattle pastured on the
;~Garcia Ranch in Vero Beach, Florida is awarded to Loretta
l~t~tagner. A Supplemental Order directing~the Garcia Ranch to
~;paragraphs 8 and 9 is authorized.
I~9. Loretta E. Wagner is authorized to take whatever steps .

ti; are necessary to protect the assets of the real and ~~rsonal
;{property, the subject of this order (including but not limited
~a to sale and mortgate) immediately and is authorized to pay any
