O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on February 13, 1975,
upon petition for temporary relief of DONG KUM (MARIA) IN, Wife,
both parties and the wife's attorney having been before the Court ~
and the Court having heard testimony and being fully advised in
the premises; it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The Husband, JOO YONG IN, is restrained from inter- ~
fering with, ha~assing or harming the Wife, DONG RUM (MARIA) IN.
(2) Com~?encing on the lst day of March, 1975, the Husband
shall pay the sum of $200.00 per month as temporary alimony until
further Order of this Court. Each payment shall be made to the
,
i Clerk of this Court and by hun remitted promptly to DONG KUM (MARIA)
;
~ IN. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as
' statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.

~ All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
~ Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court

~ advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
~
~ while this Order is in effect.
~ DONE AND ORDERED, in Chambers, at Okeechobee, Florida,
