DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS ,
This cause came on for hearinq on February 14, 1975, and _
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is izretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AGTUDGED as follows:

1. The marriage between TONY CRAWFORD EVANS and LINDA T•FR

BABINEAU EVANS be, and the same is, hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existinq between them and from the obligations arising

~ therefrom.

2. The Wife is hereby granted the complete care, custody
and control of the minor children born as issue of said marriage, to wit:
~ Tiu~y Jay Evans and Tony Lee Evans, subject to reasonable visitation rights

~ reserved to the father, which are as follows: every other weekend from _ -

~ Saturday morning~to~Sunday evening and half of holiday periods rotating
~ which party has the first half and the last half. ~
