' FINAL JUDG[~NT . - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS , This cause came on for hearinq on February 14, 1975, and _ the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is izretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND AGTUDGED as follows: . ~ 1. The marriage between TONY CRAWFORD EVANS and LINDA T•FR ~ BABINEAU EVANS be, and the same is, hereby forever freed from the bonds of I S ~ matrimony heretofore existinq between them and from the obligations arising s j ' ~ therefrom. ~ ~ ~ 2.
