THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this day upon the husband~s
motion for a temporary order awarding temporary custody of LARRy
ADRAIN PUIS,EN and MARY LEE ANN PULLEN to him pending final disposition
of the dissolution of marriage in this cause, and the Court being ;
notified that the husband does not know the whereabouts of the wife
and that the petition for dissolution of marriage and notice of
temporary hearing has not been served on the wife, and the Court

' being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband, GEORGE PULLEN, be and he

~ is hereby granted temporary custody of the minor children, LARRY ADRAIN =
