For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (E10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of whid~? is hereby
ac)mowledged by the undersigned, G. W. Martin Seawall, Inc., does hereby
release and exonerate the following described property, situated in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Those parts of the lands of Net~les Island Project designated
and described as Lots 54, 112, 334, 465, 531, 712, 713, 809,
819, 915, 1037 and 1200, Section II, in that certain Condominium
known as OtlrDOOR RESORTS OF AN~FtICA at Nettles Island, according
to Plat of Nettles Island Project, Plat Book 16, Pages 1, lA
thru 1J (both 3nclusive) and Declaration of Condominit,un, Official
Record Book 186, Page 2720 as last amended Official Record
Book 192, Page 820, all as filed for record in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, together ~
with, as to each such lot: (i) an undivided 1/1585~ interest in
those lands designated by said Plat and Declaration (as amended)
as comnon elements and limited co~non elements; and, (ii) all
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining,
from that certain Claim of Lien filed by G. W. Martin Seawall, Inc., in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circui.t Court of said County in OR Book 234,
Page 566 and discharge therefrom that certain Lis Pendens in Cause No.
74-1091-CA of the Dockets of the St. Lucie Circuit Court as also filed for
record in Official Record Book 234, Page 653, all without impai.nnent of
the rights and claims of the undersigned as may appear as against other
lands described by said Claim of Lien and in said Lis Pendens.
