CHILDRESS, Wife ORDER OF COMMITMENT This cause coming on to be heard upon the Affidavit of Errol S. Willes of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes for the enforcement of the Order entered on December 12, 1974 z and the Court being otherwise fully advised, it is thereupon ~ ORDERED: 1. That the Husband, Billy W. Childress, be committed to the St. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida for 10 days. 2. That C. L. Norvell, Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida is ordered and directed to commit the Husband, Billy W. Childress, to the St. Lucie County Jail to serve the sentence i ~ herein imposed, and all and singular the Sheriffs of the count~es ~ ~ - ~ of the state of Florida are hereby directed to take the Husband, F ~ Billy W. Childress, into custody, wherever he may be found, and € deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida and the ~ ~ - a Sheriff of St. Lucie County will imanediately comanit the Husband, ~ - ~ Billy W.
