FINAL~JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS
This cause catae on for trial the 18th day of February,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrie vably broken and should
be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
l. The marriage between FRANK RAY COOP and ILLENE COOP
' be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each

~ of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

4 heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

` t herefrom.

~ 2. Upon Stipulation of the parties and their counsel,

~ the Husband shall, instanter;--d~liver possession of the 1973
~ Fork icku truck described in Para ra h 9 of the Counter-Petition

~ to the Wife, and the Wife shall hold said truck until March 17, 1975
~
~ in which time, the Husband may purchase said truck froca the Wife
~
~ for the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Nine ($1,809.99) Dollars
3 and 99/100. In the event the Husband fails to exercise this
~
~ ~

~ option on or before March 17, 1975, the Wife may dispose of the
~
~
~
~ truck as she sees fit.
