THIS CAUSE having come on for hearinq upon motion of the `

plaintiff, through counsel, for the appointment of an attorney and 1
guardian ad litem for the absent unknown defendants, defendants in
the military services of the United States, minor defendants and
also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under
legal disability, if any, and it appearing to the Court that such
motion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
(1) That J. Michael Brennan , an attorney
learned in the law be, and he is hereby appointed as guardian and
attorney ad litem for all of the`absent unknown defendants, defen-

' and defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under legal disability,
