This cause having come on before me on plaintiff's motion
for appointment of a guardian ad litem, administrator ad litem
and attorney ad litem for the defendant Robert Carswell, for
all unknown defendants claiming interest by, through, under
or against the said Robert Carswell, residence address unknown;
and for all unknown defendants having or claiming to have any t
right, title or interest in the property hereinafter described,
and it appearing to the Court that Robert Carswell, together
with all unknown defendants herein, have been duly and properly

~ served constructively by publication of notice of suit, that

E none of said defendants has filed or served any papers in this
? cause or made any appearance within the time set forth in the

~ notice of suit, and that the plaintiff is unable to determine '
~ whether any of said defendants are in the military service of

~ the United States of America or are incompetent, or whether

~ any of said defendants, ~ther than Robert Carswell, are minors;

; and it further appearing to this Court that the appointment
of a guardian ad litem, administrator ad litem and attorney ;
