ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE AND
MOTION FOR REHEARING
This cause came on to be heard on the Husband's Motion for
a Continuance and the Husband's Motion for Rehearing and the Court
having heard from the Husband in proper person and from the Wife
through her counsel of record, and the Court observing that upon

final hearing in this cause a stipulation was dictated into the
record and reported by the court reporter, that the Court had f
specifically asked each of the parties if they had heard the terms t
of the stipulation and if each party agreed to and accepted the
terms of said stipulation agreed to by their respective attorney
and that each of.the parties had answered the Court's questions in

` the affirmative and further, while the stipulation was being

E dictated into the record a question had arisen regarding the 1974

~ taxes on the property-in Brevard County, Florida and an adjournment

~ was had in order that the parties and their counsel could finalize ~ i

~ the stipulation and when Court reconvened the entire stipulation was :

" dictated into the record and the parties questioned by the Court as `

± above set out; and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it i

~ is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. That the Motion for a Continuance be and the same is
