V~'ITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor does hereby gi~ant, bargain, seU

iNortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the County of St. Lucie

Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, page 34 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
The grantor(s) covenant(s) and agree that so long as this mortgage and Note secured
hereby are guaranteed under the Servicemen's Readjustinent Act, or insured u~der t}~e pro-
visions of the National Housing Act, whichever is applicable, he will not execute or file
for record any instnanent which im~oses a restriction upo~ the sale of occu~ancy of the ;
subject property on the basis of race, color or creed. Upon violation of this covenant, '
the note holder may, at its option, declare the impaid balance of the debt secured hereby ~
inmediately due and payable.
The Grantor(s) covenant(s) and agree that should this security instnm?ent or note
secured hereby be detemiined ineligible for guaranty wnder the Servicemen's Readjustment
Act within thirty (30) days fran the date hereof (written statanent of any officer or
authorized agent of the Veterans Administration declining to guarantee said note and/or
this security instnmient being deemed conclusive proof~of such ineligibility) the present ~
fiolder of the note secured hereby or any subsequent holder thereof may, at its option, ~
declare all notes secured hereby imnediately due and payable. ~

` Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues ~
~ and profits of the above descxibed p~operty (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and pro5ts until default hereunder); and all fiatwres now or here-
