This cause ccming on to be heard befors the court without a jury
and, after having heard the testimcny and evidence p~oduced, the court
being fulty advised in the premises, it is
Ordered and Adjudged that judgment be and it is hereby entered
in favor of the defe~dant, and against the plaintiff,that plaintiff
take nothing by his complaint and that said defendant go hence without
day.
It is further Ordered and Adjudged that the Counter Ctaim filed by
the Defendant and Counter Piaintiff, Cecil Snodgrass is hereby denied
i with costs assessed against the Plaintiff and Counter Defendant.
