Motion of the flefendant to dismias the suit on the qrounds that
the Maine Court which rendered the Judgment sued upon lacked
jurisdiction over the Defendant's person, and the Court having
heard the arguments of counsel and being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
• ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Statement of Claim filed ~
by thE Plaintiff be dismissed and that the Plaintiff have thirty
(30) days within which to file an Amended Statement of Claim.
