THIS MATTER HAVING COME before the Court upon the Motion
of the Respondent, NORMAN E. WILLLMS, to modify his support obliqa-
tion and the Motion of the Petitioner, JOSEPHINE AENNEGBN WILLEMS,

to impose sentence, and the Court having heard the oral representa-
tion of the Respondent that he will voluntarily submit himself forth-
with to an alchohol rehabilitation center where he will receive
treatment, it is thereupon
pRDgRED ANp ADJUDGED that this matter be continued until
such time as the course of treatment is completed and that in the
event the Respondent does not submit himself for said treatment,
; the Petitioner may sign a Motion to impose sentence, and the Respondent
;
; will then be brought before the Court for sentencing.
