AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE

Before me, a Notary Public, this date appeared ARDIS A.
CARMICHAEL, to me well known, who, being by me first duly sworn, ~

deposes and says as follows: -
1. That I am the surviving spouse of BYRON O. CARMICHAEL,
a/k/a BYRON CARMICHAEL.
2. That my said spouse and I, as an estate by the entirety, L.
heretofore acquired title to the following property located in the
State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 53, Section 3, HARBOUR HEIGHTS,
a Subdivision according to the Plat.thereof as .
recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 24B of the Public
records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Lots 10 and 11, Block 58, Section 3(Revised), ~
HARBOUR HEIGHTS, a subdivision according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 78
of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Lots 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block 4, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES
SUBDIVISION, Unit 1, a Subdivision according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 43 ~
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

3. That my said spouse and I were lawfully married to
