KNOW ALL MEN BY THES$ PRESTNTS, that I, Dillard Driggers,

my step-daughter, Joy A. Bernardo, of 2801 Placid Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida, my attorney, for me and in my name to
ask, demand, sue for, collect, recover and receive all sums
