each in the amount of the Inatalment Payment, the first such Instalment Payment to be made on the Firat Instalment ~

due to reimbu~se the Payee for ezpensea of aervicing delinquent Instalment Paymenta. Failure to ezercise these optiona

It ia further agreed. that the Maker and each endoreer. surety, guarantor, jointly and severelly, shall pay ali coete of ~
